1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: Requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Products must be in original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.

Manufacturer Defects: Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for a 1:1 replacement or a 100% refund.

Exclusions: Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged by the user, or is missing its original box/accessories.
2. Return & Exchange Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Shipping Costs
