1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- International Shipping: 10-20 business days (depending on destination country)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
- Standard shipping for orders under $50: calculated at checkout.
- Express and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
5. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
