1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and original tags intact.
  • Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for a full replacement or refund.
  • Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging or accessories are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our support team via email or hotline to submit your return/exchange request.
  • Provide your order details and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Carefully pack the item and ship it to our warehouse address provided by our support team.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 5–7 business days.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect: Retolin will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a personal reason (e.g., change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
