1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 90 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and original tags intact.
- Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for a full replacement or refund.
- Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging or accessories are not eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our support team via email or hotline to submit your return/exchange request.
- Provide your order details and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange.
- Carefully pack the item and ship it to our warehouse address provided by our support team.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 5–7 business days.
3. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect: Retolin will cover all return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a personal reason (e.g., change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
